– School reception

L’accueil scolarité est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 17h30. The school reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM.
The secretariat and the pedagogical coordination are the privileged contacts of the students for questions concerning their administrative and pedagogical registration.

– Internal means of information

Students can find:

  • Their e-mail address from contact@eslap.fr;
  • Their school records;
  • The possibility of requesting documents (education certificates, CU validation certificate, etc.);
  • Access to the programmes and calendars of the training courses of the digital pole;
  • Access to personal and shared files;
  • The school’s calendar allowing to know the schedule of events and courses.

– School news

A regular newsletter is sent to contact@eslap.fr. It presents in a brief way the news of the School, both academic, professional and cultural. It presents internship offers, job offers, competitions and residencies; cultural programming, the news of young artists and teachers of the school.

It is possible to publish the information you want to share. Send it to contact@eslap.fr.

The school’s website (www.eslap.fr) contains a lot of information about its news: calendar of events, news of workshops, editions, exhibitions, teachers’ news and news of young artists from the school.

The school also is on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Students and professors are invited to participate as they wish (announcement of events, exhibitions or publications of photographs). Images for the Instagram account published weekly by the communication department should be sent to: contact@eslap.fr.

Health

– Social insurance

Membership of a social security scheme is compulsory. This scheme is linked to your personal situation:

  • You are a self employed student
  1. You will be 18 or 19 during the academic year:
    your parents are employees: registration for student social security is compulsory (but free);
    your parents are traders or working in a liberal profession: registration for student social security is mandatory if you are not covered by their health insurance fund.
  2. You are between 20 and 28 years of age during the academic year: you must register for student social security. Possible decrease in age (medical reason or postgraduate registration).
  3. If you reach the age limit of 28 years during the academic year: you benefit from maintaining your student social security rights for 12 months. This period begins on your birthday; you must apply to the social security fund on which your home depends.
  4. If you are over 28 years old, you benefit from Universal Disease Protection (Protection Universelle de maladie, PUMA). You must apply to the social security office. The application form is available on ameli.fr.
  • You are a salaried student
    1. You can justify 60 hours of monthly work or 120 hours of quarterly work during the academic year: you can be exempted from the student scheme on presentation of your last three pay slips and your current employment contract, at the time of your registration at ESLAP Paris.
    2. If you cannot justify 60 hours of monthly work or 120 hours of quarterly work during the entire academic year and are under 28 years of age, you must register for student social security.
    3. If you are over 28 years old, you benefit from Universal Disease Protection (Protection Universelle de maladie, PUMA). You must apply to the social security office. The application form is available on ameli.fr.
    • Refund
      Social benefits are paid through the social security centre chosen by the student at the time of registration.
